This Luxury apartment completed in 2006 is a private apartment situated on the beautiful Dinastia complex. It is a short walk to the many local shops, bars, restaurants & is just a stones throw away from the brand new commercial shopping centre.

Lounge: Spacious lounge with satellite TV showing BBC1,BBC2, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5 as well as various foreign channels. DVD Player, Stereo radio/CD system. Large electric fan, Large comfortable sofa with matching chair, Tables, lamp. (The double sofa folds out to provide sleeping facilities).
Sun terrace: This apartment benefits from one of the largest sun terraces on the complex (32.5 sq metres). It has excellent views over Los Cristianos. Fully equipped with quality patio suite including sun umbrella and 2 full size sunbeds.
Bedroom: Sleeps 2, bedroom has fitted wardrobes, safety deposit box, a large ceiling fan/light to keep you cool during the night. There are also lockable louvred shutters on the windows which enable you to safely leave the window open during the night.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and stools. Oven with grill, ceramic hob, full size fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery, plates etc
General:
All bed linen and towels are provided, (excludes beach towels), the apartment will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival with a towel & linen change should you stay for more than 7 days. There is a large free safe for your valuables in the wardrobe.
The complex:
There are 2 heated swimming pools, 1 adults and one for the chlidren, with large sunbathing area. Excellent poolbar serving food & drinks.
The apartment benefits from a direct entrance via a secure gate, so walking through the reception and pool area is not necessary. The apartment is on the 4th floor but is actually level with the pools and sunbathing areas. There is a lift if required.
There is a security guard on-site during the night.
There is ample roadside parking should you decide to hire a car.
